Introduction
Occam Golf ("we," "us," or "our") provides a multi-tenant golf booking platform. This policy describes how we handle data for our Tenants (Golf Courses, Clubs, and independent Teaching Professionals) and End Users (Golfers).
Information Collection & Use
Tenants
We collect business contact information. We use Stripe to facilitate payments; therefore, Occam Golf does not store your bank account numbers or tax IDs.
End Users
We collect names, emails, and booking history. For Memberships, we track membership status and renewal dates to ensure proper billing.
Payment Security
All financial transactions are processed through Stripe. We only store "payment tokens" and the last four digits of cards to facilitate recurring membership charges.
Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
We use logical data separation to ensure that data from one Tenant is never accessible by another. User information is only shared with the specific Tenant where a booking or membership is held.
