Pricing Questions
How does the 4% platform service fee work?
Like DoorDash or Ticketmaster, the platform fee is a service fee paid by the client at checkout. Your facility receives your full service price, minus standard payment processor fees.
Example: You price a lesson at $50. The client pays $52 at checkout. You receive $50 (minus standard payment processor fees).
What's included in the platform service fee?
The 4% platform service fee covers the Occam platform, hosting, support, and ongoing development. This service fee is paid by the client and is separate from standard payment processor fees.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No setup fees, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime and retain access until your current billing period ends.
Do you offer annual billing?
Currently we bill monthly. Annual billing with discount is coming soon - contact us to be notified when it's available.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data anytime. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
