Pricing Questions
How does the 4% platform fee work?
On transactions processed through Occam, the customer pays a 4% platform fee. Your facility receives your full service price, minus payment processor fees.
Example: You price a lesson at $100. The customer pays $104. You receive $100 (minus payment processor fees).
What's included in the platform fee?
The 4% platform fee covers the Occam platform, hosting, support, and ongoing development. The platform fee is separate from payment processor fees, and you’ll see a clear breakdown for each transaction.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No setup fees, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime and retain access until your current billing period ends.
Do you offer annual billing?
Currently we bill monthly. Annual billing with discount is coming soon - contact us to be notified when it's available.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data anytime. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
